We contacted The Legend of Cosplay and she is amazing from the measurements to finished product. Linksliltri4ce went over and beyond on my daughter's costume. She made it all from a picture and let me tell you she made a quality costume with many more details than I could have ever imagine! My daughter felt her forearm was a little snug and she said no problem and added more material to make it comfortable for the kid. I would highly recommend The Legend of Cosplay for anyone's costume needs. She not only made the costume she also did a photoshoot for her and helped build my daughter's confidence.
